We had a tornado warning in Grand Forks ND on 6/26/09, I heard reports of a funnel cloud but it never touched the ground. Atleast I recorded some interesting cloud developement. Even though there wasnt a tornado, it was pretty exciting knowing that one could develope at any time. About 15 minutes after this video was taken we started getting huge amounts of rainfall and complete overcast as far as the eye could see. Then my friend and I started driving around to see what we could find. We felt safe enough to do so in a 6000 pound dodge ram. We also had been watching radar prior to leaving and knew where the storm was heading. It was a risk obviously but after weighing our chances we decided to go on our own accord.
