Resolved Question: How to be recruited for a Division I-AA full ride scholarship?

I am a Womens Golfer in my Junior year of high school, and my Junior season will start in March. I want to know what I can do to be recruited by Colleges, particularly Division I-AA. I would like to try and earn a full ride scholarship to the University of North Dakota Grand Forks which is a Division I-AA school, that would cover tutition and room and board. I am working hard to lower my scores. Freshman year I shot between the high 70's and low 80's, Including an open Varsity Tournament which I shot an 85. Sophomore year I got a concussion, and sat out the entire season, but Junior year I want to become good enough where the schools will look at me and try and recruit me.
