Resolved Question: My phone accidentally turned on in my purse in the US HELP PLEASE?

I Live in winnipeg, manitoba, canada. and i was in Grand Forks, North Dakota yesterday for the day, my phone was in my purse and it accidentally turned on while in there, i did not make any phone calls or send any texts. i turned my phone off as soon as i saw that it was on. i think it was on for about 5 hours, does anyone know what the roaming charges on this might be? I AM ON ROGERS NETWORK BY THE WAY! THANK YOU PLEASEEE HELP. my coverage area is shown on the rogers caanada website and it ends at the manitoba border to the us. i am wondering if i am being charged roaming charges even though i didnt use my phone but my phone said at&t network on it while i was down there....
